    Hi, all, thank you for these valuable suggestions. I agree with you. The fear of specific words or sounds is due to bad memory. I will try to use the crutches. My other question is if I do not plan words, I merely stuck on the difficult sounds. Do you guys have a strategy to do not plan workds? Thank you so much.

    I saw some videos on the Youtube about you and Shuozhi. I am also from China, and I am a PhD student study in the Netherlands and now back to China.
