Nawaf, 34, France (S. Arabia); speaks Arabic, French and English, working on MBA in France, stuttering since age 13, mainly blocks from 10-40% of words in most conversations. Has been reading my books for two years and is active in WSSA, attends SAM etc. Had many therapies that “did not help at all”. He sees himself as almost fluent now. His Speech Plan (Short-Link-Stop) is helping a lot but semi-bad incidents daily, eyes rotate, forces words. Urge 1) no eye contact, 2) No harsh grading, 3) Practice SP, each element individually, 4) think message. Says he can’t do 4); I tell him that he does it all the time.
