IBROSS, 25, London, “the worst stutterer you’ll ever hear,” he wrote to us in early 2024, but he’s writing his Stop Stuttering Story now.  He hasn’t had a bad incident in over a month.  His Speech Plan is to think “Mean it,” as in say it like you mean it.  When he forgets to use it, his speech is a bit choppy but not disabled. When he uses the methods, it’s smooth.  We also drill speaking in short increments which works great for him.  He also likes to think “Slow” and “Link”.  The point: To smooth his speech, he must think one or more solutions the ENTIRE time he speaks.
