Noah, 17, Florida, stutter most words from 5 or so. Still stuttering at beginning of session today and is totally fluent when hum-linking to stop. Fluency is easy for him when he sings softly. By end, better but a bit choppy as he forgets NOT to force words. Stress: NO forcing words. Drill several Speech Plans, end with STRETCH (first word)-HUM (sing if needed)-SHORT-STOP. When he does it, he’s totally fluent, but he keeps forgetting and forcing first word. He must stop forcing words or no progress. Will Skype again in two days to check progress.
